Do you deliver and set up?
Yes — our team handles full delivery, setup and pack-down at every event. All you need to do is enjoy your day. Delivery fees vary by location and are included transparently in your quote.
Where do you deliver to?
We deliver across a wide area including the Blue Mountains, Lithgow, Central West, Western Sydney, Penrith, Hawkesbury and surrounding regions. Not sure if we cover your area? Just ask — we always try to accommodate.
How far in advance should I book?
As early as possible — especially for weddings and peak season weekends. If your event is in the next 4–8 weeks, contact us now and we'll do our best to help. You can hold your date for 72 hours at no cost while you confirm your plans.
Can I change my order after booking?
Yes — plans evolve and we understand that. You can adjust your hire list up until final confirmation. Our team will guide you through any changes smoothly.
What if it rains on the day?
We plan for it. Our marquees are built to handle all weather conditions, and we'll always advise you on the best setup for your venue and time of year. Walls, flooring and heaters are all available to keep your guests comfortable whatever the weather.
Can I pick items up instead of paying for delivery?
Yes — pick-up from our Katoomba warehouse is available. Just let us know when you enquire and we'll work out the best option for your event and budget.
Do you offer event styling?
Yes — through our sister studio Penny Lane Studio, we offer full event styling and coordination on top of equipment hire. Ask about styling packages when you enquire.
How does the free 72-hour date hold work?
Simply let us know the date you'd like to hold. We'll reserve it for 72 hours at no cost and with no payment required. It gives you breathing room to confirm your plans before committing. Use the Reserve My Date button to get started.
